Create a Self-Care Jar
Write down 52 things you enjoy or love (activities, hobbies, moments, etc.).
Get creative with post it notes, popsicle sticks etc. Place each one in the jar.
Pull one out each week and make it a priority to do that thing — whether it’s a favorite hobby, a moment of relaxation, or a new self-care activity.
By the end of the year, you’ll have experienced 52 little moments of joy, growth, and self-love.
